Tom Brady Sells Penthouse; And You Won't Believe For How Much?!

Tom Brady and his Wife Gisele Bundchen are selling their Manhattan penthouse that cost them $30 million for $40 million. Now for $49 Million dollars, we know the inside of that penthouse is nothing less than amazing. AMLU.com describes the house as “one of the most exclusive addresses in the most exclusive neighborhood in New York” It is said to be five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There is also a terrace connected to the penthouse.

“The interior living spaces of 70 Vestry were designed by architect Daniel Romualdez. The emphasis is on contemporary and tasteful, with conspicuous high-dollar material showpieces, plentiful natural texture; overall, the condo presents a restrained version of warmth as a living style. The condo’s more stunningly realized spaces include the kitchen—with custom floor-to-ceiling hardwood cabinetry—and the master suite, which offers splendid views of the Hudson; the award-winner is the main living area, a yawning space with flat-finished wide-plank hardwood and enough glass to make the city landscape feel quite intimate. Amenities include a library.”

The couple has been living there since 2017, and although they are selling the penthouse they plan to keep the floor below that, which they own as well. “Tom and Gisele still love New York but they are downsizing because they are spending so much time in Tampa,” a source with knowledge of the recent sale told the Post. The identity of the buyer has not yet been mentioned but what is known is that whoever bought this is walking into pure luxury. Realtor.con described the inside as “Inside, the 4,647-square-foot layout includes a 31-foot corner living room with a fireplace and river views, adjoining a formal dining room. An eat-in kitchen with marble counters, Miele appliances, and wine storage opens to a family room. A huge master bedroom has two walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms all come with bathrooms. A library could be converted into another bedroom or double as a guest room. “

Earlier this year the couple sold their Massachusetts home but not nearly for as much as the New York home. According to realtor.com “Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is in the process of closing on a mansion in the Tampa area, TMZ reported.” With that information, it is almost clear that Brady and his supermodel wife will become Florida residents, as did a couple of celebrities this year.
