Settlement between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna after Trial

Earlier this year, Blac Chyna lost a defamation lawsuit against the siblings and mother of Robert Kardashian, who is the father of her child, that has been going on for nearly five years now.

Ms. White claimed that because of the Kardashians, her reality show that was shared with Rob Kardashian was not renewed for a second season and that they are the reason that her reality show fame has been declining.

There has been no confirmation that a second season was going to happen.

“She sued several members of the Kardashian-Jenner family in October 2017, saying they purposely torpedoed a series renewal, and reportedly sought more than $140 million in economic damages and general damages for emotional distress. While the jury found the Kardashians’ behavior at times aligned with some of Chyna’s claims toward them, it determined their actions did not affect the longevity of Chyna’s reality show or her career overall.

Michael Rhodes and Michelle Doolin, attorneys for the Kardashians, said in a statement that “the jury sent a clear message to Ms. White and her lawyer — I hope they are listening. Justice has prevailed.” said washingtonpost.com. Blac Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni went to social media and expressed how she felt that the lawsuit outcome was wrong.

Blac Chyna was now asked by the Kardashians to pay their lawyer fees being as though she was the one that took them to court.

There has been drama between Black Chyna and the Kardashian-Jenner family since the breakup and it seems as though things can get better started with the settlement. However, fans of the Kardashian-Jenner family believe Blac Chyna is just trying to find a way to get money.

At this time, the terms of the settlement have not been yet released as both lawyers have been reached out too for comments.
