Love And Lawsuit: De’arra Takes Ken to Court OverAlleged Missing Funds

Our once favorite YouTube couple, De’arra Taylor and Ken Walker are in the spotlightonce again- but for all the wrong reasons. Taylor filed a lawsuit against her ex-fiance, Ken Walker, over alleged theft and embezzlement following their breakup in 2021. The accusationshave us fans shocked and disappointed as they shed more light on the financial fallout of their partnership.

The stars climbed to the top from their joint YouTube channel, De’arra and Ken 4 Life, where they did various vlogs, challenges, and pranks, and gave insights into their relationship. The two have been dating since 2014, got engaged in 2019, and ended their relationship in

2021 due to cheating allegations against Ken Walker.

The case against Walker is ongoing and it’s been stated that court appearances may be potential. Taylor claimed that Mr. Walker made unauthorized withdrawals from their joint business account without her knowledge. De’arra stated that she and Ken had a previous

agreement to divide the funds in the account fairly between the two of them after their breakup.

She also filed a Misuse of Funds charge on Ken Walker. Ken claims that the funds from the account were being used for medical bills, but Taylor states tha the withdrawals he made occurred before any documented medical expenses were provided. Taylor also stated that her ex has yet to reimburse her for the $40,000 loan that was tied to a vehicle, which was agreed upon post-breakup.

The two stars agreed to maintain $80,000 in their joint account, for business purposes. Taylor claims that Walker depleted those funds within a year after their breakup. De’arra also claims that she has been having to pay for Ken’s half of business taxes because of his neglect. Even though it’s stated that both the YouTube icons got $200,000 each from selling their joint property after separating from each other.

The charges that are being placed on Ken Walker are a breach of fiduciary duty, theft by taking, theft by conversion, embezzlement, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment. Ken Walker denies all of these claims and says that he has messages that prove his innocence in all of this. Stating that the issue was solved years ago.

Fans were left with silence after hearing the situation involving the once beloved couple. Now we all have to wait and see what’s in store for these two.
