Kelontae Gavin Releases His New Single

Reaching number six on the Billboard charts for gospel music, rising gospel artist Kelontae Gavin released his single “Hold Me Close” earlier.

The South Carolina native became a gospel sensation back in 2014 after covering “I Won’t Complain” which was originally sung by Rev. Paul Jones. Since then he has signed with Marquis Booneto his record label MBE Enterprises and recorded an album titled, “The Higher Experience”. This album reached number one on the Gospel Charts

“Hold Me Close” is a song about getting closer to God and investing time into him so he can bless you in return. Even though Gavin is only 21 years old his wisdom is shown through his music and his connection with God through the lyrics he sings.

His first single “Higher” was on the top 25 on the Gospel charts. Gavin has a strong voice that continues to move people through his music and as a young adult he is taking charge in the gospel industry and making his mark.
