Anthony Hamilton Releases New Single, "Back Together" From Upcoming Album

Singer, songwriter, and record producer, Anthony Hamilton, released his latest single "Back Together" featuring the late Rick James back in early May. The love songs talks of rekindling an old flame with a former lover who seems to be stuck in a current relationship. With quarantine charging on and the Coronavirus running the country, creating music videos has become more of a challenge. The video for the song is a cartoon clip that depicts the complicated love story, instead of the typical in-person camera experience. In an Instagram caption on May 27, he described the video as "that old school love" and encouraged viewers to stay safe and spread love.

Hamilton is set to release his album sometime this year, with "Back Together" being released as the lead single. Hamilton's last project, What I'm Feelin did well and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Traditional R&B Performance; leaving his upcoming album highly anticipated from fans.
