Kierra Sheard Releases NEW Self-Titled Album!
GRAMMY and Stellar-Award winning artist, Kierra “KiKi” Sheard recently released her latest album, KIERRA (Karew Entertainment / RCA Inspiration), after her acting debut in her family’s Lifetime biopic, The Clark Sisters: First Ladies of Gospel. The highly-anticipated album quickly shot to the #1 position on the gospel charts. Many describe Sheard’s album as “an album for every mood.” It appears that Kierra Sheard fulfilled her goal with this album.
She explained that the album is self-titled because it shows every side of her and she wanted people to be able to listen to it at any given time. The KIERRA album contains 15 tracks , a total 1 hour and 4 minutes of musical goodness. Kierra’s versatility shines throughout the entire project, with upbeat songs like “Don’t Judge Me” ft Missy Elliot, “Better”, and “Things You Do.” On the flipside, Kierra also includes live tracks and plenty of churchy worship tracks to represent her traditional gospel roots. The best adjective to use when describing this album would be “free.” The entire album represents the personality of a person who is completely comfortable in their faith to the point where they’re free to express themselves. Overall, the album is a 10/10. If you’re not truly convinced, check it out for yourself!
