Jonathan McReynolds Releases New Album, “People”

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and Gospel musician Jonathan McReynolds, released his new album People just last month. The project contains 8 tracks and has features from Pastor Mike Todd, The Walls Group, and Mali Music. One of the songs, “Movin’ On” expresses lyrics about letting go of the past and looking towards what God has in store for the future. The album in its entirety is uplifting and full of encouragement for its listeners! McReynolds began his career in 2012, where he released his debut album Life Music through Light Records and Entertainment One Music. The project made it to the Billboard charts where it placed at the third spot in the Gospel Albums category. His song, “No Gray” became very popular and ultimately gave him an opportunity to appear on BET’s Celebration of Gospel.

McReynold’s sophomore album, Life Music: Stage Two earned Grammy Award nominations and retained the #1 spot on the Billboard Gospel for 4 weeks. Kirk Franklin has called him “the future of Gospel music”. Make sure to check out his latest project, People!
