Gospel Artist Chevelle Franklyn Drops Latest Single “Go In Your Strength”

International Award-winning gospel artist, Chevelle Franklyn recently released her latest single and music video, “Go In Your Strength.” In addition to the worship single, she released a bonus track entitled “I Prevail” to help encourage listeners who are coping with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. These songs couldn’t have come at a greater time, considering both tracks send the message to both believers and non-believers of Christ to keep pushing forward during these hard times. Chevelle’s latest releases gives her listeners a small glimpse of what to look forward to in her upcoming 2020 album, “South Wind Vol.1.”

“South Wind Vol. 1” was written and composed in the two weeks that Franklyn spent in South Africa. The album was co-produced by Nqubeko Mbatha and Mojalefa Mjakes Thebe, and includes a feature from Ntokozo Mbambo. There is also a track on the album that Franklyn sings in the indigenous language of Zulu. The global worship leader, Chevelle Franklyn is no stranger to travelling around the world sharing her gift and ministries, so you can only imagine what the album will be like. Franklyn shares her excitement for the release of her upcoming project by stating, “I can’t wait for the world to hear South Wind Vol. 1. It’s a dream come true. I’ve wanted to do this for so many years. I was in the right place, at the right time, with the right set of people. The album is total worship. Like my other albums, it was about testimonies but this one focuses on worshipping God. It’s pointing just to Him.”
