Kelly Clarkson’s 2020 Vegas Residency

Kelly Clarkson, who is best known for her hit songs, “Because of You” and “Since U Been Gone” , has spent the last couple years reinventing her career in ways that she did not originally imagine. Between writing a children’s book, releasing an album, acting in movies, being a coach on the Voice, and having her own talk show, she has been extremely busy. Clarkson’s show is called The Kelly Clarkson Show, and gives her the platform to talk about a variety of topics and participate in fun segments, like Kellyoke. In early November, Kelly performed her own music during the Kellyoke segment, and had over-the-top stage dancers performing with her. Typically, Clarkson does not sing her own music during the segment, but there was a special reason for her performance on that day. Kelly Clarkson announced that she accepted a residency position In Las Vegas, Nevada at the Zappos Theater. The title of her 16- show residency is “Invincible” and will begin in April of 2020 until September. The excitement didn’t stop there, she also gave each audience member two tickets, a free dinner, and hotel accommodations at Planet Hollywood as a way to say thank you for their support.
