Wale Drops “Wow...That’s Crazy” Album
DC native rapper, Wale recently dropped his latest album Wow...That’s Crazy on October 11th. This is the first project he has released since leaving Atlantic Records and signing with Warner Music. His sixth project Wow...That’s Crazy consists of many features from artists like Ari Lennox, Bryson Tiller, 6lack, Jeremih, Rick Ross, Lil Durk, Jacquees, Megan Thee Stallion, Kelly Price, MannyWellz, Pink Sweat$, Boogie, and Meek Mill. The album contains 15 tracks filled with soulful beats, singing, rapping, and Wale’s smooth lyricism.
With singles like “BGM”, “Black Bonnie” and the hit record “On Chill”, the drop of the album was highly anticipated by his fans. Known for his relationship-related songs, Wale hit almost every topic in this album. The first track on the project entitled “Sue Me” includes controversial lyrics by Wale saying “Sue me. I’m rooting for everybody that’s black.” The next few songs pick Wale’s brain on what he wants in a relationship and he even opens up about his past experiences. The wholeness of this album is absolutely refreshing and it just proves why Wale will continue to be known as an “All-star” in this rap game.
