The Lion King Cast Come Face To Face With Their Characters
As children, The Lion King was an animated film that anyone could love. Disney’s new release of the live-action film has many falling in love all over again. While we wait patiently for the release, Disney has made it their marketing goal to raise the expectations for the film. In the past, there was a snippet that delivered “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” with Beyoncé and Donald Glover. Now the cast members have come face-to-face with their characters with these powerful new photos.

All the cast members seemed to take on their characters extremely well. In the photos, there is an undeniable mirror effect between the animals and humans. Each member visually captured the personas of their roles through body language, eye contact, and posing. Additionally, simple elements like the angle of the head, brought the cherry on top to these still images.
Naturally, we are thrilled to see the movie on the simple fact of the technology developments used. However, these images also add another layer to the thrill. Powerhouse actors like Seth Rogan, Billy Eichner, and Alfrie Woodard, all hold amazing resumes. The idea of hearing these famous voices through icon childhood figures is intriguing.
