Recent Grammy Award winner Anderson. Paak has announced a new album Ventura, expected to be released April 12th. The
singer/songwriter/rapper/producer recorded Ventura during the same sessions for his 2018 album, Oxnard. Executively produced by Dr. Dre, Oxnard includes the single “Tints” featuring Kendrick Lamar. Paak is widely known for his abilty to keep a groove on a drum set and distinctive energetic soulful vocals that create a mixture of hip-hop, R&B, funk and soul. Artists with musical inclinations with instruments always have a special place in my playlist. Anderson. Paak’s signature call “Yes Lawd” gives me modern James Brown vibes every single time. In addition to another album, he has also announced the Best Teef In the Game Tour with his band, the Free Nationals. The tour begins May 17th in Nashville expecting to end on June 27th in San Francisco. The Anderson Paak and Free Nationals experience will also be accompanied by more creative and talented artist.

Thundercat will be joining him on the tour for all the shows and opening artist such as Mac DeMarco, Earl Sweatshirt, Noname, and Jessie Reyez will be joining the tour on select dates. Tickets go on sale starting this Friday, March 8.
