Feel Fly at the 2018 Dove Awards

The Dove Awards has been serving since 1969 as a highlight of the achievements and endeavors of the creators and artists in the christian music community. This year the awards will be holding their 49th ceremony. These awards help to bring attention to and point out the diverse musical diversity in christian music. The artists will have a chance to be honored in the categories of Rock, Rap/Hip Hop, Pop/Contemporary, Inspirational, Southern Gospel, Urban, Bluegrass, Country, Worship and many others. There is a plethora of awards set to be given out from Artist of the Year to Song of the Year. Gospel Artist of the Year Award nominees include CeCe Winans, Jekalyn Carr, Kirk Franklin, Tasha Cobbs Leonard and Travis Greene. Artists like Propaganda, KB and Social Club Misfits are all under the Rap/Hip-Hop Album of the Year. The Song of the Year nominations go to “All My Hope”, “Blessings”, “Broken Things”, “Control Somehow You Want Me)”, “Different” and others! The Awards show will be held on October 16th, 2018 in Nashville, TN. The events will be hosted by Tasha Cobbs Leonard and Kari Jobe. Performances will be by Reba McEntire, CeCe Winans, Hezekiah Walker, Donnie McClurkin, Erica Campbell, Tasha Cobbs, Travis Greene, The Gaither Vocal Band and plenty more!
