A police affidavit signed by Bustamante later stated that she "feared for her life" after a separate altercation on March 7, in which the Brooklyn rapper allegedly hit Emily seven times in the face, which resulted in the 36-year-old losing her two front teeth. incident and coinciding texts. The report also states that Jackson was booked for aggravated assault and terrorist threats before being cited and released from custody. According to TMZ, the alleged March 7th assault took place out in Los Angeles when Fabolous "became enraged" after finding out that Emily B was also on the West Coast via Instagram. Threatening text messages were also revealed to have been made from the 40-year-old MC towards the former Love & Hip-Hop reality star. The messages reportedly said that Fab "wanted to hit [Emily] in the head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her but he 'did not want to go out like that”.
After the supposed altercation, Emily B had the two handguns in their Englewood, New Jersey, residence removed by her father and brother before Loso could get to the weapons. The reasoning for Fabolous’ harmful actions remain unverified, but we all know that they are nothing but shortcomings and ill makings of a man. The fans have had a hard time digesting the matter as well. Some people defended Emily like others defended Fab however, with the evidence that has been released, especially a video, there is no way to deny that abuse takes place in that relationship. According to Bossip, Fabolous has asked for his case to be delayed without giving a reason. The rapper was scheduled to appear in court for the first time today but, at the last minute, his lawyers requested for the date to be rescheduled, which was granted in the form of a three-week reprieve.
