Rob & Chyna (Part 2) UPDATE

Rob has been getting a lot of slack from the things he posted on Instagram and Twitter in regards to is ex, Blac Chyna. A lot of that slack coming from the California justice system.

Yesterday, according to CNN, Blac Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against Kardashian

in what she is claiming as "cyber bullying and revenge porn". The restraining order prohibits him from

coming within a 100 yards of her or posting about her online. The biggest question on everybody’s mind now, is where does that leave little Dream in the midst of all this? Chyna states she does want to“get back to co-parenting dream”.

The entrepreneur/model appeared on Good Morning America with her legal representative,

Lisa Bloom just a while ago and in her petition against Rob, she states he cursed at her in front of her 4-year old son, King, and snatched her phone away from her when she attempted to call her son’s father in the middle of the argument. She then told Davis that Kardashian pushed her to the ground aggressively by the side of her arm and she was ‘sore and it hurt to walk’. Chyna says she feel’s betrayed and, “the moral of the story is he doesn’t respect me. If you’re not going to respect me, you have to respect the law”.

Chyna is getting a lot of backlash from her legal action taken against Kardashian since she is a former exotic dancer and urban model, however, the state of California has a law against revenge porn. This means releasing any nude images of someone publically in order to cause emotional distress.

Bloom, took to her client’s defense stating, “any previous images my client may have released in the past was her choice. It’s like saying a woman can’t be raped if she previously had sex with someone. It’s her body, it’s her choice, each and every time”.

And, in regards to the speculation that Chyna used Kardashian for money or exposure, she states, “I was Blac Chyna before the Kardashians”.

The next hearing in the case is set for August 8 th . Let’s hope the two can come to a mutual

understanding for the sake of their baby.
