Malaysia Pargo Back on ‘Basketball Wives’

Last year we reported that a slightly new cast of the show “Basketball Wives: LA” was to come, but with a price. Evelyn Lozada was a definite surprise factor, for coming back, because she was doing so good on her own show “Livin’ Lozada” and we know she didn’t want to be pulled back into the craziness for her own sanity. But with having Lozada back on the scene, it was said that Shaunie O’Neal gave the boot to Malaysia Pargo, Brandi Maxiell, Angel Brinks, Angel Love and DJ Duffey.

When the news broke that Lozada would be returning, we also learned that Keonna Green, Nick Young’s baby mother, and also Aja Metoyer, Dwayne Wade’s baby mother are joining the cast as well.

“Producers never wanted to fire Malaysia. She’s always been a favorite, but this season there were more budget constraints...Fans love Malaysia, so the network wanted to make it work.”
