Brittany and Nick have dated “on and off”, and were seen publicly together in January 2015 when they performed onstage together at the Maxim Party in Phoenix, AZ. This comes on the heels of news that Nick’s most famous ex, Mariah Carey, has broken up with billionaire James Packer.
