Michael B Jordan Lands New Skydance Media Deal
Actor Michael B Jordan is doing his thing in the Hollywood world and is adding to his resume with a new television and film deal with Skydance media. The deal is for the 29 year old Creed actor to produce both movies and television programs for the film company.
Jordan’s first project is a television show titled Apollo Park about a young basketball star who rises to fame and gives back to his community in inner city Detroit. Jordan told True Hollywood Reporter, “I love telling true, modern stories and Apollo Park an underdog tale about a very real and very heroic hustler who defies stereotypes and thrives against great odds has long been a passion project of mine…I’m also very eager to start this new chapter in my career by launching my production company and I am thrilled to have Wynn join my team.” Wynn Wygal is to serve as his vice president of Outlier.
Jordan's fans can look forward to seeing him in his new movie project. Marvel’s Black Panther, where he is set to play Erik Killmonger, King T’Challa aka The Black Panther’s longtime rival, which is set to release in 2018.
