Nicki Minaj's brother indicted on Rape Charges

Nicki Minaj's Brother Jelani Maraj, has been formally indicted on charges of raping an unidentified 12-year-old girl “repeatedly,” according to Bossip. The site reports that a grand jury “deliberated for about a month before handing down the decision April 4.”

They also report:

"Maraj, 37, is facing a top charge of felony predatory sexual assault against a child, along with felony sexual conduct against a child under age 13, sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child."

Maraj was charged with the crimes in December of last year, and is reported to have been bailed out by his mother for $100,000. If convicted, he’s facing a prison term of 15 years to life.

His famous sister has yet to comment publicly on the charges.
