Kim Kardashian definitely has a backbone and she not afraid to show it! this morning Kim Kardashian posted a nude pic(see below) of her pregnancy body showing critics that she indeed is pregnant with her second child and not faking it despite what others may think! She also said that this time around she does not have preeclampsia so she is not swelling as much as her last pregnancy with North. Good to see you're smooth sailing this time Kim!
