On Monday Giuliana made a comment that said Zendaya's faux locs smelled like patchouli oil … or weed.When Zendaya found out about what was said she took to Instagram to READ Giuliana for stereotypical remarks she posted this pic below:

Giuliana then immediately posted an apology on twitter saying it wasn't about race she was talking about the "Bohemian Chic" look. But that didn't seem enough.

So, Giuliana Rancic made a lengthier, more heartfelt apology on E! News Tuesday night for her comment's about Zendaya's hair at the Oscars.

On E! news last night Giuliana made a statement on the show she said,

"I want to address something that is weighing heavily on my heart,"
